CHAP. 940.— An Act Granting a pension to Henrietta V. West. February 28, 1903.[[Private, No. 814](/us/pvtl/57/814).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henrietta V. West.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henrietta V. West, widow of Francis West, late acting assistant surgeon, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1903.
