CHAP. 938.— An Act Granting a pension to Halvor Paulsen. February 28, 1903.[[Private, No. 812](/us/pvtl/57/812).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Halvor Paulsen.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Halvor Paulsen, late of United States steamship Minneapolis, United States Navy. Approved, February 28, 1903.
