CHAP. 937.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles F. Smith. May 28, 1902.[[Private, No. 809](/us/pvtl/57/809).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place, on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles F. Smith, late second lieutenant Company K, Fifty-third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
