CHAP. 933.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Abby T. Daniels. May 28, 1902.[[Private, No. 805](/us/pvtl/57/805).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Abby T. Daniels.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Abby T. Daniels, widow of John C.
Daniels, late of Company I. Twenty-sixth Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in 1417 lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided, however,* That in the case*Proviso*.Increase to cease on death of child. of the death of the helpless and dependent child, Abbie J. Daniels, on whose account the pension of Abby T. Daniels is increased, the pension of said Abby T. Daniels shall continue only at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said helpless child.
