CHAP. 930.— An Act Granting a pension to Marcia B. Ferguson. February 28, 1903.[[Private, No. 804](/us/pvtl/57/804).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Marcia B. Ferguson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marcia B. Ferguson, widow of Edward Ferguson, ate second lieutenant Company C, First Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1903.
