CHAP. 928.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Austin L. Topliff. February 28, 1903.[[Private, No. 802](/us/pvtl/57/802).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Austin L. Topliff.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Austin L. Topliff, late of Company K, One hundred and Twelfth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and sergeant-major Thirty-fifth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
