CHAP. 918.— An Act Granting a pension to John York. May 28, 1902.[[Private, No. 790](/us/pvtl/57/790).] *Be it enacted by the Semite and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJohn York.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject, to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John York, late of Lieutenant Revere’s command, Fremont’s battalion, California Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 28, 1902.
