CHAP. 911.— An Act Granting a pension to Nancy E. Hardy. May 28, 1902.[[Private, No. 738](/us/pvtl/57/738).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Nancy E. Hartly.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the. name of Nancy E. Hardy, widow of George H. Hardy, late of Company D.
Twenty-first Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, Pension to cease if husband living.such pension to cease upon proof that the soldier is still living. Approved, May 28, 1902.
