CHAP. 910.— An Act Granting a pension to Albert M. Smith. February 28, 1903.[[Private, No. 784](/us/pvtl/57/784).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAlbert M. Smith.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Albert M. Smith, late of Company K, One hundred and thirty-seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of ten dollars per month, the same to be paid him without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged over-payments or erroneous payments of pension.
