CHAP. 906.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary E. Russell. February 28, 1903.[[Private, No. 780](/us/pvtl/57/780).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary E. Russell.Pension Increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E. Russell, widow of Charles G.
Russell, late 1683first lieutenant Company IX Twelfth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1903.
