CHAP. 905.— An Act Granting a pension to Rachel E. Bullard. February 28, 1903.[[Private, No. 779](/us/pvtl/57/779).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Rachel E. Bullard.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rachel E. Bullard, widow of Edmund E.
Bullard, alias Charles Howard, late of Company A, First Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Light Artillery, and Company C, Eleventh Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1903.
