CHAP. 90.— An Act Granting a pension to Helen L. Pepper. February 27, 1902.[[Private, No. 65](/us/pvtl/57/65).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theHelen L. Pepper.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roil, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Helen L. Pepper, widow of Eason Pepper, late of Company E, Fifty-second Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 27, 1902.
