Gould.Pension increased. Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth O. Gould, widow of Edward F.
Gould, late first lieutenant Company D, Eighth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 5, 1902. 1237
