CHAP. 894.— An Act Granting a pension to Martin Essex. May 28, 1902.[[Private, No. 766](/us/pvtl/57/766).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Martin Essex.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Martin Essex, late of Company K, Seventy-seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, May 28, 1902.
