CHAP. 893.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Orson Nickerson. February 28, 1903.[[Private, No. 767](/us/pvtl/57/767).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Orson Nickerson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Orson Nickerson, late of Company K, Fourth Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and Company K.
One hundred and sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1903.
