CHAP. 889.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Ann Sears. February 28, 1903.[[Private, No. 763](/us/pvtl/57/763).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMary Ann Sears.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Ann Sears, widow of Charles H.
Sears, late of Company K, Eighty-first Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death*Proviso.*Increase to cease on death of child. of Hattie Blanche Sears, helpless and dependent child of said Charles H. Sears, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine. Approved, February 28, 1903.
