CHAP. 883.— An Act Granting a pension to Eliza A. Brownlow. May 23, 1902.[[Private, No. 760](/us/pvtl/57/760).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Eliza A. Brownlow.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject, to the provisions and limitations of the pension1407 laws, the name of Eliza A. Brownlow, dependent mother of James P. Brownlow, late colonel First Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry and brevet brigadier-general, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, May 23, 1902.
