CHAP. 878.— An Act Granting a pension to Erwin A. Burke, alias Burt A. Erwin. May 23, 1902.[[Private, No. 755](/us/pvtl/57/755).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Erwin A. Burke, alias Burt A. Erwin.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the. provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Erwin A. Burke, alias Burt A. Erwin, late ordinary seaman, United States Navy, war with Spain. Approved, May 23, 1902.
