CHAP. 874.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Andrew Jackson. February 28, 1903.[[Private, No. 748](/us/pvtl/57/748).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAndrew Jackson.Pension increased. Interior be, and ho is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Andrew Jackson, late of Company H, Ninety-fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
