CHAP. 861.— An Act Granting a pension to James T. Steele. May 23, 1902.[[Private, No. 738](/us/pvtl/57/738).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James T. Steele.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James T. Steele, late of the Hospital Corps, United States Army, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, May 23, 1902.
