CHAP. 856.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lunsford Y. Bailey. May 23, 1902.[[Private, No. 733](/us/pvtl/57/733).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lunsford V. Bailey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1401pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lunsford Y. Bailey, late of Company I.
Twenty-third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and Signal Corps. United States Army, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 23, 1902.
