CHAP. 831.— An Act Granting a pension to Frances J. Abercrombie. May 23, 1902.[[Private, No. 708](/us/pvtl/57/708).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Frances J. Aber crombie.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the’ provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances J. Abercrombie, widow of Abner Abercrombie, late of Captain Ashurst’s company Alabama Volunteers, Creek Indian war, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, May 23, 1902.
