CHAP. 827.— An Act Granting a pension to Erma G. Harvey. May 23, 1902.[[Private, No. 704](/us/pvtl/57/704).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Erma G. Harvey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior to and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Erma G. Harvey, the helpless and dependent daughter of John C. Harvev, late of Company A, Eleventh Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
