CHAP. 825.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Tate. May 23, 1902.[[Private, No. 702](/us/pvtl/57/702).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Tate.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Tate, widow of Waddy Tate, late musician in Captain Poindexter’s company, Virginia Volunteers, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
