CHAP. 82.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Merzellah Merrill. January 9, 1903.[[Private, No. 66](/us/pvtl/57/66).] *Be it enacted lug the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMerzeBah Merrill.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Merzellah Merrill, late of Company C, Tenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
