CHAP. 819.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to David N. Tolles. February 25, 1903.[[Private, No. 702](/us/pvtl/57/702).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Représentatives of the United States of Am erica in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theDavid N. Tolles.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David N. Tolles, late of Company A, Third Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1903.
