CHAP. 815.— An Act Granting a pension to Eliza Gallagher. February 25, 1903.[[Private, No. 693](/us/pvtl/57/693).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Eliza Gallagher.Pension. That the Secretary of the Inferior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza Gallagher, widow of Dennis Gallagher, late of Company B, Thirty-fifth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1903.
