CHAP. 81.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Matthew B. Noel. January 9, 1903.[[Private, No. 65](/us/pvtl/57/65).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMatthew B. Noel.Pension increased. Interior be, and he. is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the I pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Matthew B. Noel, late of Company C, Thirty-ninth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, January 9, 1903.
