CHAP. 809.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Hallowell Goddard. May 17, 1902.[[Private, No. 698](/us/pvtl/57/698).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Hallowell Goddard.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the mime of Hallowell Goddard, late of Company A, Eighth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, May 17, 1902.
