CHAP. 805.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Thomas L. Nelson. May 17, 1902.[[Private, No. 689](/us/pvtl/57/689).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Thomas L. Nelson.Pension Increased.Interior he. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas L. Nelson, late of Company C, Thirty-fifth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that lie is now receiving.
