CHAP. 801.— An Act Granting a pension to Ruth H. Ferguson. May 17, 1902.[[Private, No. 6S5](/us/pvtl/57/6S5).] *Be it enacted by the Senate end House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ruth H. Ferguson.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. the name of Ruth H. Ferguson, helpless and dependent daughter of William P. Ferguson, late captain Company P, Third Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 17, 1902.
