February 5, 1902.[[Private, No. 2](/us/pvtl/57/2).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMary E. Davis.Pension. Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E. Davis, widow of Charles M. Davis, late of Company B, One hundred and twenty-seventh Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the. rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 5, 1902.
