CHAP. 795.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Berthold Fernow. February 25, 1903.[[Private, No. 678](/us/pvtl/57/678).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Berthol Fernow.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Berthold Fernow, late second lieutenant Company, Third Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay rim a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that le is now receiving.
