CHAP. 780.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to John M. Drake. February 25, 1903.[[Private, No. 663](/us/pvtl/57/663).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John M. Drake.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1657pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John M. Drake, late captain Company D.
First Regiment Oregon Volunteer Cavalry, and lieutenant-colonel First Regiment Oregon Volunteer Infantry, and. pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1903.
