CHAP. 779.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elbert Chittum. February 25, 1903.[[Private, No. 662](/us/pvtl/57/662).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elbert Chittum.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elbert Chittum, late of Company F, Ninetieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1903.
