CHAP. 778.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eunice A. Smith. May 5, 1902.[[Private, No. 673](/us/pvtl/57/673).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Eunice A. Smith.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized find directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eunice A. Smith, widow of Frederick R.
Smith, late commander, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of the said Frederick R. Smith until he reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, May 5, 1902.
