CHAP. 774.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth Neal. February 25, 1903.[[Private, No. 657](/us/pvtl/57/657).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Elizabeth Neal.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Neal, widow of John W. Neal, late second ieutenant Company A, Eighty-fifth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 25, 1903.
