CHAP. 773.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Delania Ferguson. May 5, 1902.[[Private, No. 670](/us/pvtl/57/670).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Delania Ferguson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1387 laws, the name of Delania Ferguson, widow of William Ferguson, late of Captain Kelsey’s company, North Carolina Volunteers, Cherokee Indian disturbance, and pay Her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
