CHAP. 766.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Minerva Melton. May 5, 1902.[[Private, No. 663](/us/pvtl/57/663).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMinerva Melton.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Minerva Melton, widow of Newton Melton, late of Company I, Fourth Regiment Provisional Enrolled Missouri Militia, and pay her a pension tit the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death*Proviso*.Increase to cease on death of child. of Decota Melton, helpless and dependent daughter of said Newton Melton, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine.
