CHAP. 762.— An Act To refund penalty to the Bank of Colfax, Iowa. February 25, 1903.[[Private, No. 645](/us/pvtl/57/576).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Bank of Colfax, Iowa.Refund special tax penalty to.Treasury is authorized and directed to refund to the Bank of Colfax, Iowa, the stun of seventy-five dollars, penalty collected by reason of delay in the receipt of special tax.
