CHAP. 761.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth A. Capehart. May 5, 1902.[[Private, No. 658](/us/pvtl/57/658).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth A. Capehart.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Elizabeth A.
Capehart, widow of Henry Capehart, late colonel First Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry and brevet major-general United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, May 5, 1902.
