CHAP. 758.— An Act For the relief of Henry L. McCalla. February 25, 1903.[[Private, No. 641](/us/pvtl/57/641).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry L. McCalla.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, mid he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of dishonorable dismissal against Henry L. McCalla, late captain of Company G, Thirty-first Regiment Indiana Volunteers, and grant him *Proviso.*No pay. etc.an honorable discharge: *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or other emolument shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
