CHAP. 754.— An Act For the relief of Hamilton M. Sailors. February 24, 1903.[[Private, No. 640](/us/pvtl/57/640).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House, of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Hamilton M. Sailors.Payment to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Hamilton M. Sailors, late Company K, One hundred and first Indiana Volunteers, the difference of pay and allowances between those of a private and those of a second lieutenant from May twenty-sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to October tenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, he having performed the duties of said office, under proper appointment and assignment, during that period.
