CHAP. 750.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Anna L. Cory. May 5, 1902.[[Private, No. 647](/us/pvtl/57/647).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theAnna L. Cory.Pension increased. Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Anna L. Cory, widow of John Cory, late of Company G, First Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and second lieutenant Company H.
First Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event*Proviso*.Increase to cease on death of child. of the death of Mary Ella Cory and Edwin Lewis Cory, helpless and dependent children of said John Cory, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine.
