CHAP. 744.— An Act Granting a pension to Frances C. Broggan. February 20, 1903.[[Private, No. 639](/us/pvtl/57/639).] *Be it enacted by the Sena te and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Frances C. Broggan.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances C. Broggan, helpless and dependent daughter of Francis Broggan, late of Ordnance Corps, United States Army, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 20, 1903.
