CHAP. 743.— An Act Granting a pension to John R. Homer Scott. May 5, 1902.[[Private, No. 640](/us/pvtl/57/640).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John R. Hower Scott.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John R. Homer Scott, late captain Company C, First Regiment Arkansas Mounted Gun Men, Sabine Indian disturbance, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, May 5, 1902.
