CHAP. 736.— An Act Granting a pension to Frances Cowie. February 19, 1903.[[Private, No. 631](/us/pvtl/57/576).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Frances CowiePension.Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frances Cowie, widow of George Cowie, late commander, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1903.
