CHAP. 734.— An Act Granting a pension to Charles W. Bracken. February 19, 1903.[[Private, No. 629](/us/pvtl/57/629).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Charles W. Bracken.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roil, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles W. Bracken, late of Captain Highsmith’s company, Texas Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1903.
