CHAP. 732.— An Act Granting a pension to James B. Hashbargar. May 5, 1902.[[Private, No. 629](/us/pvtl/57/629).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJames B. Hashbargar.Pension. Interior be, an he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James B. Hashbargar, dependent and helpless sou of Zachariah S. Hashbargar, late of Company K, First Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 5, 1902.
