CHAP. 729.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to S. Agnes Young. May 5, 1902.[[Private, No. 626](/us/pvtl/57/626).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, S. Agnes Young.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of S. Agnes Young, widow of Thomas L.
Young, late1377 lieutenant-colonel One hundred and eighteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, May 5, 1902.
